If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 9-1-1- or go to your nearest Emergency Room. If you are looking for information about ongoing, non-crisis services, please reach out to us by submitting a referral, contacting our Baltimore City office, or using our After Hours Hotline at (443) 835-3539.
Is Live Benevolent accredited?
Yes, we are proud to have earned accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), an international nonprofit that assesses behavioral health organizations in light of rigorous guidelines for service and quality. CARF found Live Benevolent to be in compliance with internationally recognized service standards and guidelines during regular, in-depth reviews.
How do I submit a referral?
Referrals can be submitted using this form. We accept referrals 24/7 through our online portal and schedule intake appointments within 72 hours. We receive referrals directly from the individual interested in services, family members, schools, correctional offices, social services, and various child serving agencies.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Medicaid, private insurance and have a sliding scale fee available for persons interested in private pay.
